HOW TO ORDER:

Ordering:
Before placing your order, please contact us to make sure, that the item is in stock. Please send email to russianminiatures@yahoo.com.

Ordering by fax:
Please print and complete the Order Form from the web site (click here). If transmission problems occur, mark the second fax as a duplicate.

Ordering by mail:
Enclose your completed order form with your method of payment and send it to

Payment:
We accept bank checks, personal checks, money orders , Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Make check or money order payable to Figurine Emporium. If paying with credit card, please call or email us with your billing name and address ( exactly as it appears on your credit card account), card number and expiration date.

Delivery:
We will send out all items available from your order and contact you with the items that are currently out of stock. In-stock orders should arrive in 10-14 business days. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will give you an estimated delivery date and notify you of any delay over 20 days in shipping. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Express deliveries are available for an additional charge.
